This tool from Warne makes short work of mounting tactical scope rings. The 1/4" drive is preset for 65 inch/pounds of torque. When the torque is met, the tool produces an audible beep and a red light illuminates. The tool is made of steel and polymer materials and includes a 1/2" socket.
